Rates

Effective 06/09/2022, a fuel surcharge of $.35 per mile will be added to all invoices. 

Our services are billed at $65 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.  Time over 1 hour is billed in 1/4 hour increments.  Payment is expected upon completion of work.

Our service area is Des Moines and communities within a 10 mile radius. 

We do not mark up the cost of materials.  We prove it by photocopying all material receipts and attaching them to our invoice.       

We offer free initial consultations and will provide free written estimates for jobs that are expected to exceed $500 in labor.
